I think the song is pretty powerful, so I edited in images that I thought fit, as well as some video I shot at a cemetery in College Station. The live video of the band is from an appearance on Conan. Filmed 2008-05-08. View this video in HD!In the Spring of 2007, I took a trip out to Big Bend National Park to relax after another semester of college and to break in my new Canon HV20 HD camcorder. I got lots of nice pictures and video, and put some of the best clips together to make this instrumental montage. I had planned to set it to the hymn "How Great Thou Art" since I remember thinking of the chorus to that song as I enjoyed the majestic scenery, but couldn't find a clip that really fit with the relaxing mood I was going for. But a piece by Rob Costlow fit perfectly, so I decided to instead print the lyrics and edit the video to go with them. This is the result. Filmed 2007-05-12. On a really windy day at my folks' house in Frisco, TX, I got some cool footage of leaves and things blowing around. I'm a big fan of Finnish metal band Nightwish and particularly love their cover of Walking in the Air, so I thought I'd make a music video using the wind footage. Filmed 2007-04-24. |
